- MyAplica™ reserves all rights to change, modify, amend, add or remove any provision in “Terms and Conditions” at any time without any notice. It is understood that you have agreed to all “Terms and Conditions” with or without any revision by you.
- Security Rules: MyAplica™ is a registered trade mark therefore users are informed that violating, or attempting to violate the website security, logging or trying to log into MyAplica™ server, attempting to probe or probe website vulnerability, trying to interfere in the service security will be considered a crime and will be dealt according to prevailing cyber laws. Any person/s trying to do so may face criminal charges of which all expenses arising thereof will be borne by the individual/s.
- Any non-compliance to rules and policies set forth by MyAplica™ will be considered as breach of this agreement and MyAplica™ reserves the right to blacklist such candidate from using this platform for any position in the future.
- When you post your CV and register yourself as a job seeker, you will be required to provide complete details in the required fields. Mandatory fields must be filled at any cost, including valid contact details. You agree that all contact details are correct and you have all the rights and ownership to use the email addresses.
- Candidate or the job seeker must fully understand that protection of the password is his sole responsibility. MyAplica™ does not share the password with any individual, or a group of people or a company. You agree to protect your password as a confidential information. MyAplica™ cannot be held responsible for any misleading, inappropriate or wrong data is inserted/added to your account.
- Rules for General Use: This website is for individuals seeking jobs. MyAplica™ grants a limited, nonexclusive rights to access the website to seek employment for personal use. You are responsible for the true and correct nature of content, data and information you’ve provided while posting. MyAplica™ in any way not responsible for any misleading information, any consequence arising thereof is your sole responsibility. Your use of the website is privilege and MyAplica™ holds the right to delete, suspend and or terminate this privilege at any time it deems fit without assigning any reason.
- Aggregate Data Use: It is understood that you agree that MyAplica™ owns and have all rights to collect, compile, edit and analyze aggregate data. MyAplica™ may share your aggregate data with the intending employer with or without disclosing your identity. Aggregate data can be defined as your educational or career history, past experience, salary and past employment.
- Your Submissions: MyAplica™ appreciates and welcomes your suggestions and comments relating to the website. However, MyAplica™ does not entertains personal ideas, write-ups on superfluous subjects. Such suggestions will not only be deleted but if found ethically unwanted may result in suspension of your account. Moreover, you agree that such ideas, suggestions in any form will be considered as MyAplica™ property and its ownership cannot be challenged in any court of law.
- WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS: MyAplica™ does not guarantees that the website will run error free at all times, or that the website is free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. MyAplica™ holds no responsibility of loss of any data or the equipment arising thereof.

- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold MyAplica™ (and its affiliated companies, directors, officers and employees) harmless of any claims, costs, damages and any form of litigation.
- MyAplica™ and its affiliated companies, directors, officers and employees may contact the user/candidate time to time to get an update and or fixing up an interview with the employer. This may require physical travel within the city of which any travelling cost will be borne by the candidate. Candidate also acknowledges that any development in the hiring process will be shared with the MyAplica™ team members in its true form.
- Candidates also acknowledges that he is liable to inform MyAplica™ team as soon as he receives an offer letter and or confirmed to be hired by the employer. Failing to do so MyAplica™ reserves all rights to revoke the agreement and seek another candidate as a replacement.
- Candidate or a job seeker also acknowledges that he will not use forged documents, imitate another person, post wrong and or false and misleading information while filling up required fields or posting a CV in word or pdf format.
- The candidate also agrees that he will not post/ apply for a position for another person either blood related or otherwise. MyAplica™ is meant to be used by the person applying for a job only.
EMPLOYERS / COMPANIES

- MyAplica™ is a registered trade mark therefore users are informed that violating, or attempting to violate the website security, logging or trying to log into MyAplica™ server, attempting to probe or probe website vulnerability, trying to interfere in the service security will be considered a crime and will be dealt according to prevailing cyber laws. Any person/s trying to do so may face criminal charges of which all expenses arising thereof will be borne by the individual/s.
- Any non-compliance to rules and policies set forth by MyAplica™ will be considered as breach of this agreement and MyAplica™ reserves the right to terminate the service agreement and will barred from using this platform in the future.
- Only authorize persons at MyAplica™ has the sole right to issue license to use the Job Portal website; “MyAplica™” by Employers / Companies. This is done by complete paperwork and background check against an agreed fee for a limited number of posts and time.
- License to use MyAplica™ by Employers / Companies grants a limited, terminable and non-exclusive right to access the job portal to post and seek suitable candidates for your organization / business. It gives you liberty to download, view and post number of profiles mentioned in the “Data Package” purchased by you.
- Once the purchased “Data Package” expires by number of days or number of downloads and postings MyAplica™ reserves the right to block your access until the Data Package is renewed.
- To facilitate Employer / Companies MyAplica™ has given an option to advertise the post as “Featured Post”. The cost of this unique feature is separate to the Package Cost and depends on the size of the package and Employer’s long relationship with MyAplica™
- As an Employer / Company, you agree not to sell or transfer data to any Third Party / Recruiter / and or Head Hunter. The data collected is your property and for your internal use.
- MyAplica™ cannot be held responsible for behavior of the candidates applying for the advertised post; truthfulness, character, integrity and their claims for education, experience and expertise in any field.
- When you register as an Employer / Company, you will be asked to create an account fill in required fields and make available information such as valid email address, user information and some background of the company. This is to safeguard your company’s interest ensuring it’s not a forgery.
- Employer / Company must fully understand that protection of the password is your sole responsibility. MyAplica™ does not share the password with any individual, or a group of people or a company. - In case of any dispute with the applying candidate of whatsoever nature you agree to release MyAplica™, its team member, directors, owners and affiliates from any claims, demands and damages or any law suit filed. In other words, MyAplica™ cannot be held responsible, known, unknown whether disclosed or undisclosed in matter of such dispute.
- Employer / Company agree that no document containing outside URLS, links or any sort of enticement will be given to candidates to apply on other job portals, or divert them to companies in direct competition with MyAplica™ and its services.
